- All molds at the end of each production run have preventative maintenance performed. This includes disassembling the machine, cleaning and inspecting it, putting it back together and placing it in storage so it is ready for the next production run.

- Depending on the length of a production run, the mold may be scheduled to be removed during the process for preventative maintenance.

- Once annually, each mold will be reviewed for any wear and tear. A quotation will be generated for refurbishing it.
